At Princess Avenue, every product is created with intention, beauty, and care. Our print-on-demand items are made especially for you after you place an order—this means a little extra time, but a lot more intention and we’re honored to be part of your experiences.

Processing Time

All print-on-demand orders are processed within 3–7 business days.

This includes production time before shipping.

Shipping & Delivery Estimates

After processing, estimated delivery times are:

  • U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Please note: delays may occur due to high demand, holidays, or carrier issues.

Tracking Your Order

Once your item ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Princess Avenue is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier first. We’re always here to support you if needed.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your address before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item
